What I Beg of You

I’m sharing our story with you for three reasons, of which two are equally important. The first important reason is to talk openly about what has happened to Mother and me as we’ve navigated through the health care system, even though I’ve often been advised not to. I’ve managed to bury the anger inside me just to be able to continue with and concentrate on my priority: taking good care of Mother. But that anger can erupt in a heartbeat by simply recalling the injustices we’ve suffered and it’s time to speak out while I still can. Hopefully, readers will be made more alert to the pitfalls and that might help prevent someone else from suffering. The least important reason of the three is simply to allow me to vent, to say what I think and feel at any given moment so anyone who reads my blog will understand how very difficult it can be to take care of someone you love. It should never be so hard.

The second important reason is to build readership by bringing light to our situation, then, hopefully, steer some of that readership to the Web site I’m developing. Its tone and content will be an opposite of this blog. Instead of focusing on serious topics, it will be about the positives, especially positive people, and will not only create a balance for me and lift my spirits, but will be uplifting for you as well. We all need more of that. Don’t you agree?

Included in that site will be my Amazon aStore and if readers like the products they find there and are of a mind to, my hope is they will shop with me. For every Amazon purchase made through my store, my site will receive a small commission. Any money made will go towards saving our home and ensuring Mother’s care.

It’s all about numbers, and the reader’s inclination to buy. So, what I ask is if you find merit in my blog, please pass the link on to anyone and everyone, and ask them to pass it on to anyone and everyone. I’m trying to build an army as quickly as I can and I need your help. Please. I truly am begging.
